货代常说的的AN(Arrival Notice)是什么?

AN，Arrival Notice，指到货通知或到港通知，船公司或船代在货物到港前3-5天向收货人（Consignee）/通知人（Notify party）发送的关键文件，是目的港清关和提货的必要依据，用于衔接到港后的换单与清关提货流程。

到货通知包含哪些信息？

到货通知中的具体信息可能因承运人而异。但到货通知中最常见的信息包括：

Details of the Shipper: 发货人详细信息

Name, address, and contact information. 名称、地址和联系方式

Details of the Buyer/consignee: 买方/收货人详细信息

Name, address, and contact information. 名称、地址和联系方式

AWB, SWB, BoL Number: 空运提单、海运提单、提单号码

An Airway Bill, Seaway Bill, or Bill of Lading number that is a unique identification number assigned by the carrier. 由承运人分配的独特识别号码

Flight/Vessel details: 航班/船舶详细信息

The name of the ship or aircraft and the voyage/flight number that is transporting the goods. 运输货物的船舶或飞机名称以及航次/航班号

Container number: 集装箱号码

The number of the container in which the goods will be sitting in as they are in transit. 货物在运输途中将存放的集装箱的号码

Cargo details 货物详细信息

A description of the items being delivered as well as the quantity of that item.  所交付物品的描述以及该物品的数量

Estimated time of arrival (ETA)预计到达时间（ETA）

The projected time at which the goods will arrive at a seaport or airport. 货物预计抵达海港或机场的时间。

Actual Time of Arrival (ATA) 实际到达时间（ATA）

The actual arrival time the goods made it to the intended seaport/airport 货物实际抵达预定海港/机场的时间

Place of Delivery: 交货地点
